The QV Board is happy to announce that we have secured our coaching staff for the 2022 season and are in the process of getting everything else ready for you!

2022 Pre-Season Kick-Off:

Sunday, May 14th (drop by between 2 and 4)

You will be able to interact with the coaches, try on swimsuits if you need a new one and register in person, if you prefer.

Volunteers Needed:

As you know a successful season depends on EACH of us doing our part! 

  1. Volunteer Coordinators!!!: use the Swimtopia program to keep track of and assign volunteers for swim meets; fill in the gaps on deck to make sure all jobs are filled a. ______________  b. ______________
  2. Team Photo Organizer (06/28 @ 7:30am): __________________
  3. Potluck Coordinator: (Fridays 6pm) responsible for keeping plates, napkins and utensils stocked; oversee set up and clean up _____________________
  4. Home Meet Hospitality: responsible for shopping for and providing complimentary snacks for the officials, volunteers and coaches at home meets (work with Food Service Coordinator - Lianne Halling) - will be reimbursed
  5. Donut Wednesday: order, pick up and deliver donuts for Wednesday morning practices. (reimbursed) ______________________
  6. Waffle Breakfast Coordinator (06/28 @ 7:30am): organize food sign up list, volunteers and oversee preparations and clean up.__________________
  7. Automation Team: Gloria & Victor Beltran; Christine Liu, Paul Balderrama (more needed)
  8. Treasurer - Mindy Mayhew is currently filling this role. If you've been on the team for awhile and feel qualified for this position, please reach out. This is an official QV Board position. ____________________
  9. Sponsorship Coordinator: reach out to local businesses to ask for donations; offer to display their company banner on our fence during home meets and place cards/fliers at our concessions table; ask restaurants we are using for fundraisers to also make a donation to the team; we welcome all your creative ideas! ___________________
  10. Food Service Coordinator: Licensing Required (board is working on this)
