WHO LOVES POTLUCK?  

If you said “yes” and want the tradition to continue we need you to be the Potluck Coordinator! Unfortunately, if we don’t get someone there will be no more team potlucks this season.

What does a POTLUCK COORDINATOR DO, you ask?

• Shop for Supplies:  plastic gloves, plates, cutlery and napkins (purchase from Sams or Costco and submit receipt for reimbursement)
• Coordinate with Reps to send out food rotation schedule and post on bulletin board
• Arrive early to set up room and receive food from team parents
• Organize volunteers to serve food
• Oversee Clean Up Crew to wash serving utensils and put away supplies in closet
• Leave room better than you found it
