Head Timer - need 1. What to do? start 2 watches at the beginning of each race in case another timer has a bad start with their watch.  Trade one of yours for theirs make eye contact with Referee to let him know timers are ready.

Concessions - 3 What to do? Serve customers food (can stepmout to watch your swimmers)

Grill Helpers - 2 Needed 

Sno Cone - 2 Needed

Runner - 1 more needed (take turns with a second runner taking timer sheets and DQ slips to the automation inside the community center after each race)
