Our swim team is looking for a Junior Assistant Coach and YOU may be just what we need!

As many teams are advertising for coaches on the MCSL Website, we decided to think outside the box this year!  That means we are extending an invitation to our older experienced swimmers who might be interested in applying for this job. In order to be qualified for this job, you should be able to teach the swimming techniques for the 4 strokes and have the skills to lead and positively motivate the team. Also, since this is a paying job, you must be age eligible to work. 

Check out these questions and reach out to us to set up an interview:

1. Have you been a Marlin for many years?
2. Have you taught and enjoyed working with our Mini Marlins?
3. Are you confident in all 4 strokes, and do you feel you could teach new and experienced swimmers these techniques?
4. Do you have great team spirit, and believe you can help motivate our swimmers to pursue their best?
