Under 12 Year Old Policy Reminder: Based on the Quail Valley Pool Policy, which says children under 12 must be supervised by an "adult 16 or over", we ask that you be on time to pick up your children from swim practice.  If you drop them off for practice and there's another practice afterward, they still cannot be unsupervised.  Thank you!  

THIS WEEK

Potluck - One of the purposes of the weekly potluck is to carb load the kids for their swim meet Saturday morning.  If you are bringing a main dish, we suggest it be some type of heavy and complex carb like a pasta or rice dish! Thanks everyone!  

We have another home meet this coming Saturday, so we will have dinner and then set up the deck.  See the list below to determine your assigned food and role for Potluck.

Team Photo & Waffle Breakfast- Tuesday,June 26th @ 8am

Waffle Breakfast Sign-Up - COORDINATOR NEEDED!

NO MORNING PRACTICE:  Everyone is encouraged to BE ON DECK FOR PHOTOS by 7:50am.  We will do the group photo first and then individual portraits afterward.  Once the pictures are completed the Swimmers may line up for their waffle breakfast.  BREAKFAST IS ONLY FOR THE SWIMMERS.

Chipotle Fundraiser - This Sunday, June 24th 4-8pm

The fundraiser is at the Chipotle in Gaithersburg Square next to the Bed Bath and Beyond and Chuckee Cheese.  Flier below

Upcoming Events:

A-Relays - Sunday Morning, July 1st @ Quail Valley (Coach Ashani will post line up). Please write in Frank if you are unable to attend!  This is a very important!!  If a swimmer is missing from a RELAY, no one can swim!

Sno-Cone Mini Meet - Wednesday Morning July 4th @ Quail Valley

This is such a fun meet for our newest and littlest swimmers!  The QV Swimmers get to do the Dry Team jobs and this is always a hit for them!  Mrs. Guilds will be posting information about this soon!
